​HealthyPhoton has launched the QC-Qube Plus QC laser emitter head, newly designed for high-power, high-current QCL chips with a center wavelength greater than 9.5 μm. Housed in a compact aluminum alloy shielding and heat-dissipation module measuring 70×90×70 mm³, the unit integrates a high-quality imported QCL laser chip, a high-power TEC, a low-noise fan, and a collimating lens assembly for output beam collimation. The design optimally accommodates the demands of mid-to-far-infrared laser operation under high current conditions and enables more precise temperature control. When paired with the QC-2000 driver, the system allows for rapid setup of a QCL-based laser source, offering an out-of-the-box solution with user-friendly operation.
